In order to provide staff with individual offices, meeting rooms,
store cupboards, canteens, toilet facilities, computer rooms and the
like, modern demountable and stud office partitioning is a quick, flexible
and economical solution. |

Aluminium Framed, Demountable
Partitions
Used where fire rating is not a consideration, these partitions are
built using "off-the-shelf" aluminium extruded components
to form the exposed framework and composite plasterboard panels which
slot into position. Enclosures can be constructed quickly with a minimum
of disruption and be finished in a variety of colours and coverings
to achieve the "look" required. These office partitioning systems
are designed so that they can be easily demounted and re-erected to
a new format using a minimum of new materials. Almost 100% of the
existing components can be re-used, thereby keeping costs down to
acceptable levels for re-built installations. Elevations can incorporate
many different glazing configurations, subject to compliance with
current building regulations, including integrated blinds within a
double glazed panel. Cellular core doors are available in paint grade
or wood veneer options and are complimented with most types of door
furniture. |
Metal Stud & Plasterboard Partitions
Extremely versatile proprietary office partitioning system, but not as flexible as the
aluminium framed systems. Still quick to build and economical, the
components do not fare as well when dismantled, so a higher material
cost would be imposed on re-builds. Used to achieve required levels
of sound reduction/absorption, fire resistance, impact resistance
moisture resistance and stability as required in all normal types
of buildings. Built from an internal metal stud and track framework
and faced on either side with one or more layers of plasterboard,
fireline board, laminate boards or other specialised boards as needed.
Can also be used as drylining to an existing wall when the framework
is fixed back to the wall and faced on one side only. Elevations can
incorporate many different glazing configurations, subject to compliance
with current building regulations, including integrated blinds within
a double glazed panel. Solid core doors are available in paint grade
or wood veneer options and are complimented with most types of door
furniture.
Specialist Applications
Clean rooms, cold stores, steam rooms etc all impose specific specifications
on the room structures within which they are sited. We can offer practical
advice on which type and style of specialist office partitioning system would be the most
appropriate for your requirements. |
